They cover the website only — production work is engaged under a separate written agreement or quote, and nothing on this site forms an offer capable of acceptance without one.
The content of this site — including text, graphics, logos, photography and video — is owned by Jungle Creative or used with the permission of our clients and partners, and is protected by copyright. Client work is shown for portfolio purposes with permission; the underlying rights in that work remain with the relevant owners. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not reproduce, redistribute or use its content commercially without our written consent.
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping content at scale, or submitting false, misleading or unlawful material through our forms.
We keep the site accurate and current, but its content — including guides, indicative approaches and portfolio descriptions — is general information, not advice for your specific circumstances. Production inclusions, availability and pricing are confirmed in a written quote.
The site embeds content from third parties (such as video hosting and social platforms) and links to external sites. We don't control third-party content and aren't responsible for it; your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
