Jungle Creative wants everyone to be able to use this website, regardless of ability or the technology they browse with. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA and treat accessibility as part of how the site is built and maintained, not an afterthought.
The site is built with semantic HTML — a logical heading structure on every page, landmarks and breadcrumbs for orientation, and labels on forms and controls. Images carry meaningful alternative text (decorative images are hidden from assistive technology), text maintains strong contrast against our dark backgrounds, the layout adapts to any screen size and to browser zoom, and the site can be navigated with a keyboard. Videos are presented through players with accessible controls, and background videos are decorative, muted and hidden from screen readers.
Some content is served through third-party players and embeds (video playback and an embedded social media post). We choose providers with accessible players, but we cannot fully control those interfaces. Some of our older video work does not include captions; where captions exist they are provided through the player. If any of this affects you, contact us and we will provide the content in a form that works for you.
If you find something on this site hard to use — or you'd like any content in an alternative format — we genuinely want to know. Email hello@junglecreative.au or call 08 6185 1215 and we will respond promptly, usually within two business days.
We review the site's accessibility as part of ongoing development and each time significant new content or functionality is added.
