This policy explains how Jungle Creative ("we", "us") handles information when you use our website or get in touch. We keep data collection to a minimum and we never sell your information.
Enquiries. When you submit a contact, quote or brief form, we collect the details you provide, your name, email, and optionally your phone, company, service interest, budget and message, so we can respond to you.
Analytics. We use our own first-party analytics to understand how the site is used. We record anonymised, aggregated events (such as page views, clicks and scroll depth). We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and IP addresses are hashed (one-way) before storage so they cannot be reversed to identify you. A short-lived session identifier is kept in your browser's session storage and is cleared when you close the tab.
We use enquiry information solely to respond to you and manage your project. We use analytics to improve the website and our services. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
Information is stored securely in our Supabase database and is accessible only to authorised Jungle Creative team members. We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to assist you and to meet our business and legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your information. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example, our hosting and database providers), only as needed to deliver our services, and we never permit them to use it for their own purposes.
Clients, suppliers and team members we invite can use the Jungle Creative Portal. Because the Portal is an account-based service, it handles more information than this website:
Account details. Your name, email address, phone number and role, used to sign you in and show you the right projects. Sign-in is by invitation only.
Project content. Content you add while working with us — comments and review feedback, support requests and messages, documents and brand assets you upload, receipts, and quote or change approvals.
Billing information. Quotes, invoices, balances and payment status for your projects. Card payments are processed by our payment provider (Airwallex) on their secure payment page — card numbers never touch our systems. Bank-transfer details shown in the Portal are ours, not yours.
Electronic signatures. If you sign a talent release in the Portal, we capture the signature image, the signer's name, the time and the network (IP) address, and generate a signed evidence document — this is the record both parties rely on.
Notifications. If you enable push notifications, we store a device token to deliver them. You can turn notifications off in your device settings at any time.
Portal information is used only to deliver our services to you. It is stored with our database provider (Supabase) in Australia, shared only with the service providers needed to operate the Portal (such as email delivery and file storage), and never sold or used for advertising. The apps contain no advertising or third-party tracking.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email hello@junglecreative.au and we'll action it promptly. This policy is governed by Australian privacy law.
