30 Years

To mark three decades in commercial property, Lease Equity commissioned Jungle Creative to produce an anniversary film with real scale. Working from a detailed location plan, we filmed across 21 separate Western Australian properties, combining sweeping drone flyovers with grounded handheld cinematography to convey both the reach and the human side of the business. The result is a polished corporate film that celebrates 30 years of history while positioning Lease Equity as an established, active force in WA commercial real estate. Coordinating a multi-location drone and handheld shoot on this scale — securing sites, planning flight paths and keeping a consistent visual language across every property — is exactly the kind of logistically demanding corporate production Jungle Creative specialises in. The film was cut for corporate, digital and social use, giving Lease Equity a milestone asset with a long shelf life.
