When a new land estate is still taking shape, the photography has to do the selling. For Kinmore Green, Parcel Property's estate in the northern Perth suburb of Darch, Jungle Creative worked with creative agency Trilogy on a full day of land estate photography, producing imagery for the estate's website and for the outdoor banners around the estate construction.

The day followed a cast of families and couples through life around the estate: kids walking to school, games and a picnic in the park, a walk by the lake, and the shops, cafés and restaurants nearby, including Darch Plaza. Website imagery favours flexible frames that sit comfortably alongside copy, while estate signage needs bold, clean compositions that read at banner scale, so both were planned for from the first frame.

Land estates market for years while stages are released and streets fill in, and the imagery captured early carries a development through its first sales campaigns.
