Baldivis Grove

Baldivis Grove is a Frasers Property land estate south of Perth, and it needed imagery that could sell the lifestyle of a community still taking shape. Working with creative agency Trilogy, Jungle Creative spent a full day photographing the estate for two very different homes: the estate's website, where buyers first meet the place, and the outdoor banners around the construction site that speak to everyone passing by.

The day followed a cast of families and couples through estate life: kids on scooters and bikes at the playgrounds and skate park, parents in the community garden, walks along the boardwalks and parklands, and trips out to the nearby cafés, shops and coast. Every frame was composed with its destination in mind, with web images that hold up at any screen size and banner imagery with the clean space and scale that outdoor printing demands.
